Our Story: Peace, Love & Respect

Founded by Lee Muxlow, Gentlemen & Rogues was born from a lifelong passion for the sport. After playing professional ice hockey and a number of other sports at a high level – this led to a natural progression of helping others to continue their development in the boxing ring.

After having boxed as a child, Lee gave up boxing to concentrate on being a father, which is why he is so proud to work alongside his children in his business today.

Boxing & Personal Training

With Emma Belson

After a life long interest in health and fitness and a passion for training I decided to qualify as a Level 2 gym instructor and Level 3 Personal trainer. Always wanting to move forward and progress I have recently gained my England Boxing level 1 ABA coaching qualification, something that I’m very proud of! In addition to the above I am also DBS checked, first aid and safeguarding trained and fully insured.

I have been lucky enough to work with a broad spectrum of clients at Gentlemen and Rogues Boxing club. My ethos is, empowering my clients to enable them to reach their goals through education and  encouragement. As well as what have been described as killer workouts I also encourage working on mindset as this historically what holds many people from reaching their full potential.

With regards to nutrition, again education and support is pivotal. Helping clients to create their own meal plans with foods that they enjoy and learning how to hit those key nutrients in a healthy, sustainable and balanced approach.

Emma offers half hour and full hour sessions for 1-2-1 training, buddy sessions as well as small group training.
